Why do I have to register?
We ask you to register at the first time you place an order, because we need to know your personal details
to process the orders.
You will just take 2 minutes to register. Once registered, your information Is saved in your personal area
which is called account. Read also the Help section
Why do I need an account ?
Once your personal account is created, the system keeps you and your personal details in memory.
It means you don’t have to enter them each time you want to place a new order
Do I have to use a password ?
Yes you do. Once created, your password allows a secure identification and keeps your account and
preferences secure on the database.
You are the only person who knows your password. You need it also to update your personal details or
change your buying preferences in the store.
How does Lupa Records.com protect my personal information ?
All the costumer information that is sent to us is saved on a secure server data base.
We use the collected information only to process orders and to offer personalised
advanced functionalities to shop on the store.
We are committed to protect seriously our costumer privacy. For any reason, we do not trade, sell or rent
your personal details. Read also our Privacy Policy.
How much do I have to pay for my order delivery ?
The system automatically calculates the postage rate for each order before you
submit it.
How do I know the store has accepted my order ?
Each time you place an order, the store's orders service sends you an email confirmation. It has stated the
items ordered, the total cost and estimated delivery date.
How do I contact customer support services ?
If you wish to contact our customer support service, the fastest and easy way it’s using our contact form. Go to support menu and select contact us, choose a subject and write the message
in the text area. In case you want to receive a reply, enter your name and email into the correspondent fields and submit the online contact form. You can also ask any question to us through the email customers@luparecords.com
I forgot my password, what should I do ?
Go to my account and click on forgotten password Then, enter your email address and
submit it. The system will send back your password through a secure mechanism adopted
in the store. It is extremely important you keep your email address updated.
What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept for payments the following methods: PayPal and Direct bank transfer. Please
read our Help section.
When is my card charged ?
Your card will be charged only at the moment you decide to take to checkout the items available
to ship listed on recordbox cart.
The payment process is encrypted by PayPal to ensure the maximum security of your personal details.
How the package will be delivered ?
To the maximum weight of 2Kg, your package will be dispatched by the CTT Portuguese mail
company. Over this weight, your package will be dispatched by Parcel and in this case
you will receive detailed information on your email address.
Can I cancel an order ?
Yes you can, but as you should know, only before it has been dispatched, which happen every working days
after 5 pm. In this case, you should send your cancelation request until 5 pm to: orders@luparecords.com
