Registration / Account
When you order to the first time, you are invited to register. We need to know your name, shipping address, to process your orders, and e-mail to notify you about the order’s status. We ask you also your telephone number to contact you in case of problems that might take place with your order. It will be useful too for international deliveries (bigger volumes) made by courier. Only in these cases,your phone number will be given to the courier, they might need use it to call you in 
order to settle with you the right moment to deliver the package.  
For registration, go to my account and click over register then enter correctly your personal Information required in the fields. Create a username and a password and do not give them to any one else for your own safe. The username + password combination allow you to login and have access to your personal information and preferences saved in “your” personal area at the store secure database.
You can subscribe also the newsletter; we would like to send you every week, to keep you informed about the new releases that are coming every weeks to the store.

Search your music
On the top right of every pages there is a quick search box. Enter in the field one or more words to search for an artist/title over our catalogue. There’s also the advanced search. It has seven criteria fields, enter the words in one or more specific criteria fields to search over our catalogue. Using the advanced search, you will get much more precise results

Search by Style or cover
If you want to start searching our database catalogue selecting a style, go to select menu and click a style, then choose a style from the list. Next, you’ll watch a list of artists/records that match the style selected.
On the same menu, click a cover and the catalogue show you a covers panel from the most to the least recent releases available on the store.


Shop online
Each time you wish to order an item, click over the image cover or on buy now icon and you will be taken to the item detail page. There, you will have the basic information about the selected item, like the cover, artist, title, label, style, released date, price, a descriptive text, a possibility to check the available formats and to know if a specific item is in stock or out of stock.
Use our own direct and efficient player to listen up  to 50” audio clips of all tracks on each selected disc before you buy it, simply click on any track or use play key  to start the audition that automatically continues to play down to the last track.
This store use 'shopping cart' system, which means you can add multiple items to an order. On item page detail, click add to recordbox to add records and CD’s to your order . Every time you want to check the items you have already ordered, just open recordbox and you will see the title ordered and the respective amount to pay.

Check your recordbox
Login first and you can add items to the recordbox. Those items will remain in memory until the moment you decide to order or delete them, even if you logout and close the session, on the next day or next session, you need only to login to check the items you had on your record box.
When you decide to order those items, have in mind that only the items instock will be taken to checkout. The other items, (out of stock) automatically will be placed on the  unavailable to dispatch list where they will stay waiting.

The Hold List
We like to think in the Hold List as a very simple way to request and collect pre-order/out of stock items.
At the same time, the Hold List is an advanced tool to help you manage your required items and save money.
The Hold List is composed by the  unavailable to dispatch list where your requested non available items automatically (after record box checkout) are placed waiting a certain period of time till their stock restore. You can delete any item at anytime while they take part of this list.
As soon as any Item of this list becomes available, it’s moved to the available to dispatch list, where they will wait for shipment.
We will let you keep up your available items in this list during 45 days, to give you the opportunity to collect more than one item, in order to save money on shipping costs.
After this time, we will notify you by email, asking you to proceed to the direct payment of all the items available on your available to dispatch list at that time.
Soon as we receive the payment confirmation we will ship the items on the same day if received until 5pm. After this, on the next day.

Update personal information
Every time you need to update your personal information you provide to us, go to my account and click register, then enter your correct new details or preferences. To complete the update, click submit.
Still in the same area, you can easily subscribe or unsubscribe our weekly newsletter service.

Postage rates
Postal charges are calculated automatically before you submit the order. It depends from the order’s weight, media format and the geographic destination.
This is not a simplest way to make the calculation, but, it’s for sure, an equitable way to practice the lowest and desirable shipping costs.
When you proceed to checkout, we give you the opportunity to choose between two shipping methods. Enter a mark in the respective box and automatically you will see the price you will have to pay for the chosen shipping method.

Orders
All the orders accepted until 5pm will be dispatched in the same working day.
For all the other ones, in the next working day.
All the items accepted to an order, are very well packed inside convenient cardboard boxes and sealed in the store with our printed sticky-tape. Then, the packages are taken to the CTT (Portuguese Mail Company) post office and dispatched one by one. For these reasons, we can guarantee that all the packages containing the items ordered leave the store with our control and by our own hands in excellent conditions.
This way, we decline any responsibilities for an incorrect handling caused while in transit.
When you receive the order, If you suspect damage items, open the package in presence of a postal office employee, fill in a complaint form and inform us. We of
course do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible In case you have received a faulty Record or CD, please contact the mail orders@luparecords.com

We will send back to you instructions to return your faulty item to us and we will replaced it by a new one free of charge. Do not return a faulty item to us before contacting us first.

Invoices
If you are ordering from a company inside EU and want to receive Invoices with VAT deducted, contact us first at: customer@luparecords.com

Bank transfer  To make a direct money transfer as payment, over an order, please use the following bank account details for international direct money transfer, we recommend to use our IBAN code number.
Make sure you leave your identification on the bank transfer description field. For that, use your e-mail address and the username you have registered with us, they are unique in our costumer data base.

The bank send us a notification by email soon as your money reaches our bank account.

Returns policy  
Every time you shop with us, we at Lupa honestly want you can be delighted with your purchased items. Despite of this, we know you occasionally may want to return items  to us.
Our returns policy it’s in compliance with the Portuguese distant selling rules and obligations.
We can only accept your order’s return within 14 days of the date that the order was delivered to you, since our sealed packing adhesive tape has not been removed or broken.
In these cases, contact our support service at orders@luparecords.com and
wait for our instructions. Then you should send your order back to us. If the package comply with our returns policy,then, we will refund the same amount you have paid for the items excluding the order’s postage which is not covered in these particular cases.
